The Story Behind the Design

How I Became a Learning Experience Designer

I've spent the past 16 years working in digital training and operation enablement within the financial technology sector. Throughout that time, I discovered that successful technology adoption isn't just about systems - It's about people feeling confident using them. 

Supporting digital wallet implementations and training global teams helped me realize how much thoughtful learning design can shape performance, confidence, and outcomes. This realization led me to formally pursue Learning Experience Design, where I now combine my real-world fintech experience with learning science to create meaningful, human centered learning experiences. 

Today, my work focuses on helping organizations and their workforce navigate digital transformation through effective, practical, and engaging learning.

I believe effective learning happens when people feel confident, supported and capable. My approach focuses on designing learning experiences that connect directly  to real work , helping learners build both competence and confidence.
